Changing unhealthy eating habits with EFT

A lot of the reason why we put on weight is because we eat when we don’t need to. We develop unhealthy habits such as eating late at night, always eating everything on out plate even if we’re full and eating foods too high in fat or sugar. This video shows you how to break those habits using EFT tapping.
