could i wear a skirt to an EFT class?
I’m going to an emotional freedom technique class and I want to know if i should wear a skirt or trousers?
Would wearing a skirt be possible?

when in doubt … go the safe route
Just make sure its not too short, & just to be on the safe side, i would probably wear the trousers to the 1st class & if u see other girls there with skirts on then the next time u come to EFT class u could probably wear it. :-)
A skirt should be fine as long as it’s comfortable. EFT is all done on the upper body.
I say wear a skirt. If it helps you engage in the class more, and be more “emotionally free,” I say,”go for it!!!”
