Carnelian is an Earth stone that sucks negativity and just dissolves it, especially anger and fear! Don’t believe me? Good! Try it yourself. Hello - so my DAD has this problem…with smoking….he blames it on stress and i believe that if i could teach him this technique..possibly he could STOP SMOKING! - he has tried to quit but i guess his mind was in control. Is there any advice you could give me?

EFT really works. I recall bad memories while doing it, started crying, and it left me feeling awful for days. Sort of like skin that breaks out rashes in effort to expel toxins from the body, but here it’s the mind. EFT is a process.
