Hi Val, I would as with any pain check out with your doctor for any real physical reason for the pain just as a precausion as pain is also the body’s way of letting us know that something is wrong. Have you done this? do you still have the pain? If so, let me know and I will offer further ideas.

i’ve been doing eft for a while now and pretty much cleared all emotional things in my life.. i have proof that eft works.. but today i woke up and found myself struck with incredibly sharp neck pain… i’ve been doing eft all day, in different ways with extra points.. whatever i can think of and i haven’t releived any of the pain.. could you possibly guide me through because i can hardly move.
