Yep, while i will give it more of a chance. I have found hypnosis works tons better. I guess being a hypnotherapist, i am a little biased, but i am for EFT too, I had my husband learn that, just so we both could offer something different. He tried EFT on me for the first time two days ago and i saw improvement, but the next day, problem was back, just as strong.


Yes, I have used EFT and have recommended this form of therapy in this forum for someone who had a psychological problem. Having used this myself, I can honestly say that I found it to be beneficial.

Yes, both as a therapist and client. The question “does eft work for…” really isn’t applicable most of the time as EFT uses the same process for every problem.

The secret to getting behind depression or any ailment with EFT is getting to the underlying associations. A series of memories usually with sadness or guilt/unworthiness attached, are usually at the core of depression.

Applying EFT tapping in the usual way to these memories will bring results and emotional relief.

Asking excellent detective questions like what does this feeling remind me of? Or What experiences have taught me to be “depressed” will root these out.
