PTSD Tapping for the Troops

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER I was shocked to learn just now that our armed forces are not getting access to effective techniques for dealing with PTSD. This technique is one of many ‘energy medicine’ techniques that are dismissed out of hand by mainstream medical doctors, yet it has rapid and profound results. As soon as I realised this, I literally sat down, recorded this video on my webcam and uploaded it. Sorry for the low production quality but the content is clear enough and easy to follow. I hope it helps someone. DISCLAIMER: I am not a Doctor, PTSD is a medical condition for which you should seek professional medical advice. This video is offered as a complementary solution only and you use it at your own risk. Alright guys. This is your no bullsh#t guide for dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and really any nasty memory that you would rather forget. I don’t know why this technique isn’t more widely available, but there you go. You can thank a wonderful woman called Tapas Fleming for developing this method. It’s called Tapas Acupressure Technique. 1. Take your thumb and your fourth finger, and pinch the nose, putting your fingers in the top of your eye socket. 2. Then put your middle finger directly between your eyebrows in the dip above your nose. 3. Now put your other hand on the back of your head, just below the ridge. That’s it. Hold the pose and think of the memory. You will find that it gets easier to deal with. hold it for about 4 minutes. Don’t do this …

Thank you so much. I don´t know how, but it helps a lot. I am very esceptic in every term, but I have to say you´ve made me reconsider many concepts I have in mind.
I find tapping very helpuful when I am stressed and I have a big massive headake… But sometime I forget to tap cause I am so focused on other things. But I try and Tap once a day if I can to let go of those negitive feelings. I actually did it in front of my friend once and she was like what on earth are you doing. I told her after I was finished and she luaghed for a sec and tryed it as well. She said that it may seem weird but it does work. And now she does it too. ^_^

Magnus is great!
God bless you for posting these easy and quite effective techniques. I wish you become a millinaire some day, or you might be one by now!
another version you can do is in the shower.. hold one hand across your forehead as you let the water pressure from the shower stimulate your entire spine region (let it move up and down your spine). now think of the memory… the shower stimulates acupressure points along the spine, releasing the energy of the memory, while the hand on the forehead draws the energy from the body. clean body inside and out..
thanks for the posts magnus, you rock!
:)
There are a lot of memories I’d like to forget. So I might try this.
Magnus, You rock once again! I am so grateful to get your newsletter. I very much appreciate that you are not wedded to one approach. Rather it is clear that you are wanting to relieve suffering however possible. Love your integrity and caring. Namaste. Suzanne
I have to tank you for posting this video.I’ve suffered from ptsd for 2 years now and this is helping me :)
wow thats horrible i should know I’ve been attacked by randoms in the street. not pleasant.
Great vid, astonishing how well this technique works. I used this method for my sister who had just been attacked in the street, we were laughing about the whole event in 2 minutes (she came in crying, hysterical).
Keep up the good work.
