Here’s how I use tapping, or EFT; emotional freedom techniques. It was taught to me by a Korean yoga master who told me millions of people do this everyday in the Orient. I saw this guy on TLC do this in reference to losing weight. It’s most interesting. It’s only helped me relieve anxiety.


nice vedio.. though i am not sure if this technique will work for me.. lemme see next time i am anxious i’mma try this for sure… i have BPD for past i dont know howmany years.. lemme know if you have some nice techniques to overcome BPD problems…
